Ashley put me at ease while walking through my digestive and fatigue issues.  She helped me understand how my symptoms related to my gut test results.  She made me feel seen, heard, and validated.  Her process and protocols were easy to follow.  I feel like a totally different person after working with her and my symptoms have resolved!
